Yesterday, I wore the apron for the first time and you cannot imagine the
treat it turned out to be. I haven't worn an apron in probably 50 years..but
with it on I felt like a girl again..silly, maybe, but a pleasure none the
less.
I used the beef broth to make onion soup, and it was delicious. My next use
will be chicken broth for chicken soup.
