24 fluid ounces Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock
1 cup risotto, uncooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup golden seedless raisins
1/3 teaspoon turmeric
1/3 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce

In a mixing bowl, mix risotto, oil, raisins, turmeric, curry, and soy sauce. Set aside. In a 1-quart saucepan, bring Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock to a boil.  Slowly add in risotto mixture.  Cover and cook over low heat until stock is absorbed and risotto is tender, approximately 10 minutes.
