Quick Rice

Serves 4-5

16 oz. Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock
2 cups instant rice
1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas
salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a small pot. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow rice to absorb stock. Add chopped onion or mushroom or peanuts with a Tbsp. of soy (or tamari) sauce.
