Ingredients 2 lbs. lean ground beef or turkey
2 medium onions, chopped
3 stalks celery and 1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
32 oz. Kitchen Basics Beef Stock
1 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes
3 cups (24 oz.) tomato juice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 cup elbow macaroni (*or gluten-free noodles)
1 can (16 oz.) kidney beans
Directions Brown beef with onion. Drain fat. Add celery, green pepper and garlic, cook until tender. Add next 5 ingredients (except macaroni & beans). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer 90 minutes. Add macaroni and beans. Cook another 20 minutes.
